Inspired by the atmosphere of the European cafés that we visited during our flying days, we decided to create The Verandah Café @ Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) - a place that exudes a quiet charm and relaxing ambience, a place that our customers can indulge in food, drinks, wine, art and music all under one roof. Cafe by the River
   Its been a long time since the last recital we had with teacher Amelia, only last sunday we had our first violin recital accompanied by clarinet and piano by teacher Marie Tajima originally from Japan. It was an eye opener for us because this is our first time that we have accompanied instruments played together in our cafe. Ms Marie and her friends make an effort to dress up the cafe with fresh flowers and it was amazing that it turn the cafe look like a small concert platform. Impressive...!
